Please contact us below if you are interested in writing an article for NavyFITREP.com

1. An article relating to the new or old Navy performance evaluation system. Do you have a new angle on the system, a suggestion for improvement, or a way to improve the process? If so we would love to hear it.
2. An article on how to be a better Navy, or military leader. Do you see an area of improvement which could make us a better Navy?
3. An article after you have sat on an on Enlisted or Officer board. If you have recently sat on a board at BUPERS and you have suggestions for writing a stronger eval/fitrep we would love to post it.
4. Anything else. If you are interested in writing about another military or navy related topic please reach out to us first. We will approve your topic and then let you start writing.
