Lead absentee voter training, administered DON surveys, and tracked the
voter registration status of 130 personnel.  His efforts ensure 100%
compliance and contact. with Federal regulations and met the CNO's
objective of 100% contact.

Organized and managed the training and subsequent qualification of 89
command members on the use of the XXX insuring USS XXX was ready
for here upcoming deployment

SN Brown acted as the Divisional Supply PO for eight months.  He did an
outstanding job of placing and tracking all supply orders and accurately
managed a budget in excess of $2K.

SN Green flawlessly completed and submitted daily departmental muster
reports. He seeks extra responsibility.  SN Green assisted the command
in hosting the Pearl Harbor Commemoration and prepared a conference
room for the Commanding Officer's briefing to RDML XXXX.

SN White showed great enthusiasm and initiative during a command  
refurbishment project. With no supervision, he assembled and staged
command furniture and filing cabinets.  

SN Black is a team player and always maintains a 'can do' attitude for
which he was personally recognized for by the Commanding Officer
through a Letter of Achievement.

Assisted in command annual ammunition and explosives inventory.  
Petty Officer XXXX inspected ammunition lot information for 45,000
assets and ensures 100% compliance with the Navy's strict ordnance
accountability guidelines.

Instrumental in implementing the Command's first computer-generated
material condition tag system.  This action was critical in mitigating
potential inventory accuracy errors and ensuring proper documentation
of Navy Ammunition Reclassification (NAR) data.  

Implemented a 3M force revision which encompassed 240 planned
maintenance requirements.

Volunteers countless hours per week restocking the command's MWR
snack mess.

Meticulously processed and tracked 1,500 ammunition transactions and
400 cross-country weapon shipments without error.    

Skillful administrator.  As Work Center Supervisor, Petty Officer XXX
implemented three force revisions and managed a 100% accomplishment
rate for 720 planned maintenance requirements.

My number one Senior Chief Petty Officer!  Senior Chief XXX would be my
number one SCPO in any size peer group.

As President of the First Class Petty Officers Association, PO XXXX was
responsible for raising over $1,500.00 to help pay for the Command
Christmas Party.
