Operations Department Instruction.
Contributed to the command passing the rules of the road exam by
scoring a 96%.
Deck Damage Control Petty Officer. MNSN XXX has completed over
400hrs of deck's damage control equipment maintenance. His attention to
detail insures 100% operational readiness.
Minesweep POIC. MNSN XXXX has filled the job of minesweep POIC
during USS Warrior’s challenging minesweep evolutions. As POIC he
was responsible for over 10 people and 4 major pieces of deck
machinery.
Key player in training over 10 newly reported deck seaman. While
assuming the role of leading seaman he insures the recruits successful
transition into military life.
AO1 XXX was instrumental in VQ-X’s successful SRA while acting as
Assistant SRA coordinator, a job normally reserved for a much more
senior enlisted.
Reliable and mature, BM1 XXX demonstrates sound judgment and
situational awareness while carrying out his duties as USS XXXX only
Petty Officer Conning Officer.
HM2 XXXX quality of work is far superior to his peers. Even while
maintaing his Division in pristine condition HM2 still assists and provide
guidance to other divisions.
He produces exceptional and exacting work for all tasks assigned,
including his collateral duty as departmental 3-M coordinator.
Responsible for the maintenance and rigging of all 600 items of deck
equipment used in towing, alongside replenishment, personnel highline
transfer and stern refueling
GM2 XXX is an extremely determined and hard working Petty Officer.
Although he arrived on USS XXXX with no GM, he quickly became the
most knowledgeable Gunners Mate onboard.
GM2 XXX took responsibility for the ships armory and with no prior
armory experience or weapons schools he transformed it into a well-
managed and superbly organized division
Volunteered to take charge of USS XXX CFC program.
As safety officer MN1 XXX was responsible for over 15 people during 18
sea-and-anchor evolutions and 4 minesweeping evolutions.
